  3.          You May Gamble Either Time Or KBytes, and pick 3 numbers. For each
  4.          matching number, you will win the amount gambled. If you match 0
  5.          numbers, you lose the amount bet, if you match all 3 numbers, you
  6.          will win 3 times the cost of a ticket.  The Sysop sets the cost of
  7.          tickets.

  11.          You purchase tickets with both Time AND KBytes, at a cost set by
  12.          the Sysop. Each Night, one name is drawn from those who purchased
  13.          tickets, and that user wins 50% of all the time and kbytes wagered
  14.          by all users that day.
